The Organization for Cooperation with the BRICS group and Emerging Countries (OCBE) is an initiative proposed by a group, established in Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and China, in order to strengthen relations between the BRICS group and Emerging countries. Despite our status as a young organization, we have mobilized a passionate and dedicated team that believes strongly in our mission. We hope in the near future to be able to open new branches in the other member countries. We are establishing preliminary contacts with potential partners and experts in the key areas of our project, convinced that our objectives and missions are in line with the aspirations of the BRICS+ member countries and Emerging countries. The OCBE is an organization with solidarity-based socioeconomic purposes , backed by a mutual fund. Our objective is to promote cooperation between emerging countries in geopolitics, economy, culture, health, tourism, agriculture, high technology, and other fields.
We organize and participate in international exhibitions, conferences, debates and student meetings to facilitate exchanges between students and professionals, promoting cooperation and mutual development. The exhibitions showcase the diversity of our members’ cultural heritage, encouraging intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding and cultural preservation.
These activities also attract investors, universities and business partners interested in collaborating on advanced science and technology projects, offering resources and financing opportunities for development.
The OCBE collaborates closely with chambers of commerce in several countries and officially represents companies such as UNIC MEDICAL GROUP. We seek to foster a more connected and collaborative world, complementing the efforts of organizations such as the BRICS in commercial, banking and geopolitical areas.

REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA
Venezuela, officially República Bolivariana de Venezuela, It is a sovereign country located in the northern part of South America and the Caribbean, made up of a continental area and a large number of islands and islets in the Caribbean Sea, whose capital and largest urban agglomeration is the city of Caracas.

The Tourism, Oil and Gas Exhibition was held on May 7 to 9, 2023, at the facilities of the Hotel, Golf & Club San Miguel, in the city of Maturín, Venezuela.
This event was organized under the supervision of Camesura and with our collaboration, brought together prestigious guests such as Braian Vargas, Vice Minister of Tourism Projects and Works, Rosy Salazar, High Tourism Authority, accompanied by Julio Oliveros, president of Camesura.
We also have the honor of receiving a corps of diplomats led by Dao Van Khiem and Ngo Van Chi, from the Embassy of Vietnam, Nawras Nasr El Nimer from Kuwait, Mohammad Abdelwahab, from the Embassy of Egypt and Wael Deirki Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy from Syria.

Over the past decades, China has been a key driver of global economic growth, contributing significantly to global GDP. Under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, the country has achieved a major milestone in eliminating extreme poverty, celebrated with a ceremony in Beijing where it was announced that nearly 100 million people have been lifted out of poverty in the past eight years. This initiative was part of a broader goal set in 2015 by the Chinese Communist Party, led by Xi, to eradicate poverty by 2020.
Despite growing inequality, China has lifted 800 million people out of poverty since the late 1970s, thanks to economic reforms that transformed the economy from a state-planned to a market economy. For its 14th edition, held from October 19 to 20, 2023, the OCBE was invited by the company UNIC MEDICAL LTD to this important event to present a conference on the importance of the role that South American women have had and have in the medical field. For this event, 130 experts from around the world were invited and more than 600 renowned companies from 17 countries and regions were highlighted. Together, they collaborated to contribute to the development of Taizhou. which will allow the city to consolidate itself as a world leader in the pharmaceutical and health sector.
